Shipping + Return Policy

Shipping Pricing + Shipping Time

We use Australian Post for Domestic shipping.

Regular Australia Post takes 3-6 business days once dispatched, within metro Australia. If you live in a rural area, please allow extra time for delivery. Please note once your order has been sent, any delay caused by our carrier will be out of our control, however we will help communicate with the shipping company if you need any assistance.


Dispatch and Shipping Time

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order has been sent, you will recieve an email notification with your tracking number.


Postage charges:

  • Standard domestic shipping is a flat rate of $9.90.
  • Joey + Pup offers free domestic shipping for all orders over $100
  • Express domestic shipping is $11.90 and Joey + Pup offers free express shipping for all orders over $150.
  • International shipping starts from $10 via Australia Post. 


Return to Sender

Should the customer incorrectly enter their postal address and the parcel is returned to sender, we will attempt to contact the customer with options for re-shipment at the buyer’s expense.



We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied or change your mind, we have a 14 day exchange or refund policy from the time of dispatch.

In order to be eligible, the item must be: unused, unwashed, with tags on, it must not be removed from original packaging, and must be in the same condition as you received it.

We also require proof of purchase (order confirmation or number) to complete your return.

Please Note: There may be shipping delays experienced due to the ongoing effects of Covid-19. If your parcel has been delayed please contact us via email ( where we will be happy to assist you.

Once your return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we are in receipt of your items.

If the refund has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment automatically within a certain amount of days. Please note delivery cost will not be refunded. A store credit can be offered where appropriate.
